2. Vehicle Sales
2.1 Condition of Vehicles:
- All vehicles are thoroughly inspected before listing. However, as used vehicles, they may have signs of wear and tear. We encourage customers to inspect vehicles thoroughly before purchase.
- Vehicles may not come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated.
- Test drives are available by appointment and are subject to valid driver’s license verification and proof of insurance.
- Prices listed include applicable taxes, fees, and any additional charges clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
- Shah G Motorz reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, certified cheque, and approved financing.
- All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at the time of sale.
3. Vehicle Purchases
3.1 Vehicle Appraisal:
- Vehicles offered for sale to Shah G Motorz will be appraised based on their current market value, condition, and history.
- Appraisal offers are valid for seven (7) business days from the date of issuance.
- Sellers must provide proof of ownership and any relevant documentation, including but not limited to the vehicle registration, lien release (if applicable), and valid photo identification.
- All vehicles sold to Shah G Motorz must be free of liens unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon.
4. Financing
4.1 Loan Application:
- Financing options are available through partnered financial institutions. All financing approvals are subject to credit checks and the terms set forth by the lender.
- Shah G Motorz is not responsible for customer defaults on loans obtained through third-party financial institutions.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Shah G Motorz is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or operation of vehicles purchased through us.
5.2 Shah G Motorz is not liable for misinterpretations or omissions in vehicle descriptions provided verbally or in writing.
6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1 Shah G Motorz collects customer information solely for transactional and communication purposes. All data is handled in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
6.2 Customer information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Any disputes arising from transactions with Shah G Motorz will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
7.2 Customers agree to attempt informal resolution with Shah G Motorz before initiating any legal proceedings.
